Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued for returned items that meet our return policy criteria. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and items purchased with discount codes are final sale and cannot be refunded.
