Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items
